By downloading, installing, or playing Tiles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or play Tiles.
If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, SubeSubeGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use Tiles on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SubeSubeGames. Tiles and all content within it (including but not limited to graphics, music, puzzle logic, and code) are owned by or licensed to SubeSubeGames and protected by intellectual property laws.
3.1 Anonymous play. Tiles uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. On first launch, a random account identifier is created automatically. No email address, password, or personal account registration is required to play.
3.2 Player alias. To participate in the Daily Challenge leaderboard, you must choose a display name (alias) of 1–16 characters. Your alias may be visible to other players.
3.3 Account continuity. Your anonymous account is tied to the device and app installation. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or transferring devices will result in loss of your progress and leaderboard standing. We do not offer account recovery for anonymous accounts at this time.
3.4 One account per device. One anonymous account is created per app installation. Creating or using multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage on the leaderboard is prohibited.

Note: Tiles uses server-authoritative score validation. All submitted scores are verified against independent server timestamps and humanly achievable timing thresholds. Submissions that fail these checks are silently rejected.
5.1 Server authority. The leaderboard is maintained on our servers. All score submissions are validated server-side. Your client does not have the authority to determine your final leaderboard standing.
5.2 Score rejection. We reserve the right to remove scores or entire accounts from the leaderboard if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that scores were obtained unfairly or through violations of these Terms.
5.3 No guarantee of standing. Leaderboard positions are competitive and may change at any time as other players submit scores. We do not guarantee any particular standing.
5.4 Daily reset. Daily Challenge leaderboards reset each day at 00:00 UTC. Historical standings are not permanently retained.
6.1 Ad mediation. Tiles includes rewarded video advertisements served through Yodo1 MAS, which mediates Google AdMob and other advertising networks. Watching a rewarded ad may grant you one additional Daily Challenge attempt.
6.2 No guarantee. We do not guarantee ad availability. If no ad is available from the mediated networks, the additional attempt will not be granted.
6.3 Third-party content. Advertisement content is determined by the mediated advertising networks and their advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements.
6.4 No payment. Tiles is free to play. There are no in-app purchases at this time. Watching ads is optional.
6.5 Ad data. Please review our Privacy Policy and the policies of Yodo1 and its mediated networks regarding data collected during ad display.
7.1 As-is service. Tiles is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game, including the Daily Challenge backend. The game may be unavailable due to maintenance, network outages, or events beyond our control.
7.2 Changes to the game. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of Tiles at any time, including Daily Challenge parameters (number of levels, time limits, difficulty) and leaderboard grouping. We will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via app updates or in-app notices.
7.3 Discontinuation. We may discontinue Tiles or its online features at any time. If we discontinue the game permanently, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Spanish law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SubeSubeGames AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO TILES SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 50.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Consumers in the EU/Spain: Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Spanish consumer protection law, which cannot be waived contractually.
10.1 By you. You may stop using Tiles at any time by uninstalling the application.
10.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Daily Challenge features, or delete your player profile, if:
Termination of access does not entitle you to any refund or compensation (there is nothing paid to refund).
10.3 Effect of termination. Upon termination of your account, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Scores and leaderboard entries associated with your account will be removed.
11.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where applicable EU consumer protection law provides greater protection, those protections apply.
11.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, or, for consumer disputes, the courts of your place of residence within the EU.
11.3 EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11.4 Amicable resolution. Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at subesubegames@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution. We will respond within 30 days.
12.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SubeSubeGames regarding Tiles and supersede all prior agreements.
12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
12.3 No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
12.4 Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all our assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
12.5 Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Tiles after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
